Enterprise Integration Overview

AQS Advantage provides enterprise integration with two powerful add-on components—AQS Integrator and AQS Transaction Gateway. These components expand the ability of Advantage to work seamlessly with your other enterprise components such as agent portals, billing and claims systems.

AQS Transaction Gateway

AQS Transaction Gateway accepts XML, ACORD complaint transactions, from third-party systems to process through Advantage.  It can completely process transactions such as quotes, renewals, cancellations, reinstatements and amendments without manual user intervention.

Transaction Gateway facilitates several integration points that let you process transactions through the AQS Advantage policy administration system. You can identify division of responsibility and what functions your own systems can leverage, providing maximum control over the transactions and the rules that are used to process those transactions

Advantage Transaction Gateway allows:

• Processing transactions from third-party systems with little to no user intervention.

• Capturing the status of each transaction with event logs.

• Processing of transactions immediately or at a later time.

Advantage Transaction Gateway drives your business by:

• Providing a flexible interface that allows the distribution channel to interface with your company through all common tools and methods.

AQS Integrator

AQS Integrator enables real time or batch integration of premium and transactional policy data. It executes and monitors the extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) processes to create straight-through processing capability into your back-end systems. You will likely never need to see or touch a policy once it’s issued in Advantage.

AQS Integrator manages the process of extracting policy data and ISO records from the AQS Advantage policy database, transforms it into a custom format and publishes the data for consumption by the back-end system. The back-end systems consume the data via web services provided as part of the AQS Integrator product.

• Administrative support for managing and monitoring transactions to maintain transaction and system integrity.

• Configuration of different types of alerts—warning or error messages—with an email notification.
