AQS Document Management is a complete policy document solution that can produce declarations, schedules, forms, letters to the insured, auto ID cards, and notices. It’s a cost-effective alternative to other policy processing enterprise document management systems. The licensing costs are low, and this pre-integrated document solution eliminates the cost, risk of implementing additional complex components, and complexity of integrating an enterprise document management system.
The Document Management component is fully integrated with the AQS policy system. Documents are automatically attached to a policy following mandatory and conditional rules that are setup during the implementation process. The solution goes one step further and produces the actual documents in a PDF format, and delivery rules can be configured to specify how and where the documents are generated.
