Additional Access Components

Client Access – a CRM tool that provides an account-centric view and that consolidates the new-business-to-renewal life cycle, while recognizing the insured’s lifetime value. Built specifically for managing the complex insurance relationship, Client Access is an integrated Insurance Relationship Management solution.

Security Access – controls user access to data and functionality throughout the system. It also allows carriers to store agent information and control which lines and states their agents may write.

Event Access – facilitates communication with other systems as a result of various business transactions such as issuance, endorsement and renewals.  All transactions are supported and information is distributed in an XML format.

User Access – a user’s personal “work queue” where they can view and manage assignments.  Assignments can be made manually or automatically.  The “work queue” facilitates communications between users leading to increased productivity and improved customer satisfaction.

Commission Access – calculates and configures commission plans for agents and product lines, and feeds them to downstream systems.  It provides accurate commission accounting for timely commission payment.
