Rewards and Recognition
Pay for Performance. As an employer, AQS believes in fairly compensating our people for the value of the work they do. Our Pay for Performance plan is the process of regular and consistent communication between managers and employees. It establishes clear performance expectations, promotes open and honest feedback, and assesses career development progress. This provides us the opportunity to recognize and reward employees for exceptional performance.
Anniversary Recognition Program. The Anniversary Recognition Program is a way for AQS to formally recognize and thank employees for their years of hard work, dedication and contributions for the benefit of all. Special milestone anniversaries are recognized starting with the fifth year of service, and then every five years thereafter. On milestone anniversaries, you will receive a cash thank you gift from AQS.
President’s Awards - Nominations are made by managers and staff peers for superior performance and/or contribution by an employee involving activities such as internal or external client service, cost savings, productivity, innovation, teamwork, mentoring or outstanding corporate citizenship. Last year, our winners won a trip to Montego Bay, Jamaica for themselves and their partner.
President’s Night on the Town Award - For an employee’s above and beyond efforts, they could be eligible for the President’s Night on the Town Award. This entitles the recipient to a designated amount of fun money to be reimbursed by AQS.
